By this interim application, Applicant/Petition seeks leave to amend the Petition in terms of the Schedule of Amendments (Exhibit A), annexed to the Application.

Considering that the Petition is at the admission stage, we are inclined to grant the Application. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today, and a copy of the same shall be served on all the parties. Re-verification is dispensed with.

4.

Let the reply affidavit to the amended Petition be placed on record on or before 7th January 2026. A copy of the same be served upon the Petitioner. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of. No costs. 6.

List the proceedings on 14th January 2026.
