In raising challenge to the Judgment dated 10th June 2025 passed by the Family Court, Nashik, in Petition No.D-16 of 2023 there is delay of 104 days in filing the Family Court Appeal. Interim Application No.38501 of 2025 filed by the appellant-husband seeks condonation of delay of 104 days in filing the appeal. N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application. On its perusal we are satisfied that the delay is neither intentional nor deliberate and since it is bonafide and ministerial in nature, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay. 3.

Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause 'b'.

The registry is directed to register the Family Court Appeal and we direct it to be listed on 18th June 2026. Learned counsel Mr. Inamdar has marked his appearance on behalf of the respondent No.1.
