ORDER :

It is stated that the deposits directed by the order dated January 7, 2026, have not been effected, in respect of LAR Nos. 44 of 2014, 45 of 2014 and 46 of 2014, which are the subject matter of the First Appeals referred to in Item Nos. 13, 14 and 15 in the table set out in the said order.

Since deposits have not been made and the interest has been computed only until January 7, 2026, extension of time to make the deposit is granted, provided that the interest is calculated until March 31, 2026. Such deposits shall have to be made no later than April 21, 2026.

The earlier order already deals with the terms of withdrawal and the same shall apply once the deposits are made. 4.
Apart from the table tendered on behalf of the Respondent which is taken on record, and except for the first three items in the table, in all the other proceedings pertaining to the remaining eleven First Appeals, the Applications for condonation of delay are still pending, namely, Interim Application Nos. 8234 of 2025, 8194 of 2025, 8174 of 2025, 8324 of 2025, 8321 of 2025, 8219 of 2025, 8231 of 2025, 8215 of 2025, 38495 of 2025, 38505 of 2025, 38464 of 2025.

For the reasons set out in the respective Applications, having heard the parties, the delay is condoned. The Appeals are admitted and tagged along with the first three First Appeals, which are already admitted. The respective Interim Applications are disposed of. 6.
The Record & Proceedings shall be produced. Liberty to make a private compilation is granted.
7.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
