Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant will remove the office objections within a period of 2 weeks. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the Application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay in taking out the application for restoration is condoned, and the order dated 26th September, 2025 dismissing the Writ Petition (St) No. 26813 of 2025 for non-removal of office objections stands set aside and the Writ Petition (St)No. 26813 of Arjun 1/2

2025 stands restored to file, subject to the Applicant/ Petitioner removing the office objections within a period of three weeks. 5.

In case the office objections are removed, list the Petition as a fresh matter.

In the event the office obejctions are not removed, within the said period of three weeks, this order shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 7.

Application stands disposed of.
