These Interim Applications are taken out to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased Applicant and of deceased Respondent No.7 in both the Revision Applications. The Interim Applications are opposed by Mr. Khadapkar, the learned counsel appearing for Original Plaintiff. However, for the purpose of adjudication of dispute involved in the Revision Application, it is appropriate that the legal heirs of deceased Applicant and deceased Respondent No.7 are brought on record. Interim Applications are accordingly allowed by condoning the delay. Legal heirs of deceased Applicant and deceased Respondent No.7 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
