______________________________________________________ Mr. Foram Vora, i/b. Amicus Lex & Associates for Applicants. Adv. Protyusha Thanawala i/b. Wadia Ghandy & Co. for Respondent No.1.

______________________________________________________ CORAM : Advait M. Sethna, J.

DATED : 19 December 2025 P.C.:- 1.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2.

Ms.

Vora, learned counsel for the Applicants/Appellants would at the very outset invite the Court's attention to an order dated 17 December 2025 passed by this Court. She would submit that in the connected Second Appeals and Interim Applications therein, there is delay of one day and the same has been condoned. These Interim Applications have been duly allowed.

3.

Today, there are connected Second Appeals and Interim Applications therein which are listed before this Court. The delay is of one day in these Interim Applications. Such delay has been sufficiently explained. Sufficient cause to condone such delay has been made out.

4.

This is more particularly because in the connected proceedings the Interim Applications have been allowed by an order dated 17 December 2025. The delay is thus neither

deliberate nor intentional.

5.

For all these reasons, all Interim Application as stated in the cause title are allowed. All Interim Applications are disposed of. No costs.

(Advait M. Sethna, J)
