The Interim Application seeks the following relief: "i. Service upon Respondent No.1 by way of publication in daily local Hindi Newspaper "Bitambatmi" and English Newspaper "News Hub" be allowed;" 2.

Ms. Gokhale, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that insofar as Respondent no.1 is concerned, service could not be completed and the packet came back with the endorsement "Insufficient Address". She submits that the address was as provided in the insurance policy by Respondent No.1. It is thus that the Applicant seeks the aforesaid prayer for substituted service. 3.

Having heard learned counsel and having due regard to the submissions made, I find that the case for allowing the Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (a) is made out. Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
