By way of this Interim Application, the learned counsel for the Applicant is seeking permission to serve Respondent No. 1 by taking Hamdast to ensure prompt compliance with the order passed by this Court to expedite the proceedings. He apprehends that the notice of this Court may not be served on Respondent No. 1 within the prescribed time; therefore, he is seeking permission to serve through Hamdast. 2.

It is submitted that this Court had allowed substituted service of paper publication as well as pasting of the notice in Interim Application No. 7830 of 2023.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of.
