This matter is circulated on the ground of urgency as stated in the praecipe dated 29.12.2025.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant is requesting for extension of time to serve the unserved Respondent No.1. I have perused the order dated 17th November, 2025 and 19th December, 2025. Mr. A.R. Pandya, learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that there was little confusion in respect of nature of service, as such the steps could not be taken within the time permitted by the Court. He in the interest of justice prays that the time to serve unserved Respondent in the manner permitted by this Court by the two orders be extended by a period of 6 weeks from today. He assures the Court to take steps at the earliest and complete the Talwalkar

Ms. Kavita Solunke, learned AGP for the State does not object to the request made by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 4.
In view of the above, time to serve the unserved Respondent as permitted by the orders dated 17th November, 2025 and 19th December, 2026 stands extended for a period of 6 weeks from today, failing which the proceedings shall stand dismissed against the Respondent No. 1.
