By this application, the Applicant seeks custody/access of his minor daughter - Vaidehi in the forthcoming Christmas Vacation starting from 24th December 2025 to 1st January 2026. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent - Pooja Nikam fairly states that she is ready to give access of their daughter - Vaidehi to the Applicant on 26th, 27th and 28th December 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Statement accepted. 4.
