Mr. Bhilare, the learned Counsel on instructions of the ApplicantPetitioner submits that Applicant-Petitioner would remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned in the Application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL the delay in taking out the Application for restoration of the Petition ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.12.24 11:22:46 +0530 which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections stands condoned, and the order 1st March 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dismissing the Petition for non-removal of office objections 1/2

33-IA-38658-2025.DOC stands set aside and Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 32160 of 2022 restored to file, subject to the Petitioner removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

In the event, the office objections are removed, list the Petition as a 'fresh matter'.
