By order dated 24th December 2025 while disposing of the Writ Petition this Court in Paragraph No. 3 had granted eight weeks time to the DRT to dispose of Securitisation Application Nos. 397 of 2024 and 426 of 2024. The time period is to expire on 19th March 2026. A request is jointly made on behalf of the rival parties for extension of time for the DRT to dispose of the said Securitisation Applications.
