In the Interim Application, prayer is sought to set aside and recall the Order dated 26th September 2025 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I), High Court, Bombay refusing registration of the Writ Petition for non-removal of office objections. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Writ Petition has been dismissed at the stage of pre-admission and notice has not been issued to the Respondent. 3.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the Order dated 26th September 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-1) is set aside.

Consequently, the Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court on the condition that the Applicant / Petitioner removes the office objection within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.
