In view of the aforesaid submission, the Application stands disposed with a liberty the Applicant to make necessary amendment in the cause-title of the Revision Application to indicate that Respondent No.1 has passed away and Respondent Nos. 2 to 10 are the legal representatives of Respondent No.1.
