By order dated 21st April 2025 passed by this Court, the Applicant i.e. original Respondent-Devki Lovekar was permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- on the condition that, she files an undertaking in this Court within a period of two weeks from the said order dated 21st April 2025 that if ultimately, the Civil Revision Application is allowed, then the said amount with Sonali

929-IA-38741-2025.DOC interest at the rate of 6% will be redeposited before the learned Trial Court.

Mr. Abhishek Ingale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/original Respondent submits that the Applicant's/original Respondent's name as reflected in the bank account is "Lohekar" and not "Lovekar" and therefore, he submits that the registry be directed to issue cheque of the said amount of Rs.1,50,000/- with accrued interest from 21st April 2025 in the name of Devki Bhiku Lohekar. In peculiar facts the said request is accepted.

Accordingly, the registry to take immediate steps as the Applicant is senior citizen aged 86 years.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
