In view of the aforesaid submission and the reasons assigned in the Application, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) dated 6th October 2025 dismissing the Civil Revision Application for non-removal of office objections stands set aside. The Civil Revision Application stands restored to file, subject to the Applicant removing all office ARS 1/2
