By these interim applications, the applicants/petitioners have prayed that the petitions, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objections, be restored to the file of this Court. 2.

Having perused the averments as made in the memo of interim applications as also the reasons in support of the prayer seeking condonation of delay in filing the petition, in our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the applications are allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
