The relief sought in the Interim Application is seeking modification of Order dated 18th August, 2025 by deleting Paragraph No. 5 of the said Order.

By Order dated 18th August, 2025 passed by this Court a learned Mediator has been appointed and in view of that the 1/2

Arjun Rodge 951.IA.38830.2025 learned Trial Court was requested to grant suitable adjournment.

It appears that the parties are not ready to settle the matter. Ms. Usha Tiwari, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner - Applicant states that the other matter which the Petitioner has filed in Family Court could not be taken up in view of said Clause 5 of the Order dated 18th August, 2025. 4.

She submits that, however, the Respondent is proceeding with the cases which he has filed. She submits that the matter is today at 3:00 p.m. for conducting crossexamination of the Petitioner's Witness. 5.

Mr. Tiwari, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that some time be granted for arguing the matter. He states that it is not possible to argue the matter today. 6.

Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances, the Interim Application No. 38830 of 2025 is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a) 7.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no orders to be passed.
