This is an Application seeking restoration of First Appeal No.556 of 2018 along with the interim applications therein which was dismissed by the Registrar on 9th October, 2018 since the conditional order directing the Appellant to submit copies of interim application and first appeal was not complied. On account of non compliance of the said order the first appeal was dismissed. Hence, the present interim application is filed for restoration.
