1. Appellant No. 1 is died on 10.09.2025 as per statement made by learned advocate for applicant in the Interim Application. The necessary death certificate of deceased Appellant No. 1 is attached herewith. The office has placed Interim Application before the Registrar (Judicial-II) with a note that the same is filed within a period of limitation.

Having considered the grounds coupled with the facts that application is within limitation, the prayers (a) and (b) are allowed by virtue of the power conferred upon the Registrar vide Chapter II Rule 3 sub- rule (i) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. The learned advocate for applicant submitted that he has sent the copy of Interim Application to the respondents and he received acknowledgement of

respondents and he is going to file Affidavit to that effect in the Department. The learned advocate for the applicant to carry out necessary amendment within 02 weeks and file amended copy of proceeding in the Department.
