The appeal is filed under Section 12 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 challenging the order passed by the trial Court extending period of investigation by 90 days and accordingly to release the appellants on bail in terms of Section 187(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that pending appeal, the trial Court has on merit considered the case of appellants and released them on bail. Therefore, nothing survives in the appeal. 4.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
