This is an Appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The learned Advocate for the Appellant submits that, though the charge is framed on 17.10.2025, there is no progress in the trial. He submits that, on this ground, the Appeal be allowed.

It is submitted by the learned A.P.P. that, online portal of the learned Trial Court shows that, the evidence was part-heard and there was stay by the Hon'ble High Court.

In view of above, call the report from the learned Trial Court in respect of the status of the Special Case No.02/2025, which is pending on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Hinganghat.

The report is expected before the next date.
