Pursuant to the order of this Court, the learned Trial Court had submitted the status report of the Sessions Case No.02.2025. In view of the said report, the learned Advocate for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to file Bail Application afresh before the learned Trial Court if the trial is not concluded within a period of three months.

Leave is granted to withdraw the Appeal.

In view of above, the Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for bail after a period of six (6) months subject to condition that, the trial is not prolonged at the instance of the Appellant.
