By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the Special Judge under the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Atrocities), Akola rejecting the anticipatory bail of the present appellant. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant to some extent perused the recitals of the FIR, considering the allegations levelled against the present appellant at this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection. 3.

Mr. V. A. Thakare, learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent no.1/State and seeks time to file reply.
