By this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the Sessions Judge, rejecting the application. The main ground raised in the appeal is that there is a delay in the trial.

Learned counsel also invited my attention towards the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court passed in Special Leave to Appeal No(s). 12584/2022, wherein liberty is granted to the petitioner to move afresh for bail after the informant is examined.

The learned APP submitted that now 23 witnesses are already examined, and the prosecution intends to examine 4 to 5 more witnesses. Now, the matter is kept on 25/06/2025.
