By preferring this Appeal, the Appellant has challenged the rejection of the application by the Additional Sessions Judge-12 and Special Judge, Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Nagpur. 2.

Learned APP informed that, the trial is already on the verge of its completion and only one witness remains to be examined. Considering the same, learned Counsel for the Appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to file after three months if trial is not concluded within three months.

The Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The learned Trial Court shall make endeavour to complete the trial and dispose of the matter within three months without seeking any extension.
