By the order of this Court, the appellant appears to have attended the concerned police station, but now the investigation is with the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Balapur. However, the investigation is with the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Balapur. 2.

In view of that, appellant shall attend the office of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Balapur on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating agency. 3.

The matter be listed after two weeks.

The learned APP shall seek instructions as to whether the appellant has cooperated with the investigating agency or not. Thereafter, the application will be decided finally.
