The present Appeal is preferred by challenging the order passed by the Special Judge rejecting the application for grant of bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers. The Victim is subjected for the sexual assault by two accused. Considering the gravity of offence, when I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned Counsel for the Appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal.

The Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

Fees of the learned Appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
