By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mangrulpir, rejecting the application of the present appellant for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant to some extent perused the recitals of the FIR, at this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection. 3.

Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent/State and seeks time to file reply. 4.

Issue notice to the respondent No.2.

The Police Station Officer, Police Station Mangrulpir, District Washim, shall intimate the respondent No.2. 6.

Stand over after one week.
