By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order dated 10/07/2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mangrulpir, and Special Judge, under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant for some time and perused the recitals of the FIR and the order passed by the Additional Session Judge, at this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.
