CORAM: NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J.
DATED: 22.1.2026.
This Appeal is preferred for bail under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ( for short "SCST Act") for release on the ground of delay in trial.
2.
On perusal of the record it appears that on previous occasion the co-accused Imran had preferred Criminal Appeal No.182/2024 and the Appellant had preferred Criminal Application (BA) No.252/2024 and both were disposed of by order 24.06.2024. 3.
Now the Appellant preferred this appeal under Section 14-A of the SCST Act only on the ground of delay in trial. The learned Advocate for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to approach the concerned Sessions Court to file fresh application on the ground of delay in trial.
4.
In view of the above, without any observations in the Appeal, the Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. (NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J.) Tambaskar.
