On the earlier occasion the Appellant had preferred an Appeal before this Court since his Regular Bail Application was rejected by the learned trial Court. The said Appeal was registered as Criminal Appeal No.76/2025 and came to be disposed of as withdrawn on 21.03.2025. The Appellant has preferred this Appeal again. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to file an application for bail before the learned trial Court.

In view of the above submissions, without any observations in the Appeal, the Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to file Bail Application before the learned trial Court. 4.

The fees of learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2/Victim is quantified at Rs.7,500/-. Accordingly, the same be paid by the Legal Aid Services Authority.
