The respondent No.2 is not yet served.

I have heard the learned counsel for the appellant. The allegations made against this appellant are that in car he had uttered the words insulting her caste. It appears that the allegations are not in public view and as earlier complaint is also there of similar nature, there is six days delay in lodging the First Information Report. 4.

Considering the allegations made and as it is not in public view, the appellant is protected by granting ad interim anticipatory bail. Accordingly, I pass following order: i] By way of ad-interim protection, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the appellantMr.Munna @ Shashikant Bajranglal Agrawal in Kavita

2 / 2 49-appel 586-25 connection with Crime No. 574 of 2025 registered with Police Station Shegaon, Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 3(1)(r),3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities )Act, 1989 and Sections 115(2), 352 r/w Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii] The appellant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The appellant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The appellant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

v] The appellant shall co-operate the investigation officer.

The protection shall remain in force till 15/01/2026.
