The learned Advocate for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is aged about 65 years and pursuant to the interim order dated 19/12/2025, he is directed to attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday and Saturday between 07.00 p.m. to 09.00 p.m. He further submits that the Appellant is resident of Akola and the concerned Police Station is at Shegaon, District Buldhana. He submits that the reporting time may be modified for attendance during the day.

Learned APP for the State submits that appropriate order be passed.

In view of above peculiar circumstances, the directions in (iv) of the order dated 19/12/2025 issued by this Court stands modified as under:-

The Appellant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday and Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
