By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking cancellation of the order dated 23rd September 2024, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vita, granting bail to Respondent No. 1 in Special Case No. 386 of 2024.

After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Atharva Bhingardeve, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Application, by seeking liberty to approach the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Vita in the event Respondent No. 1 commits Gitalaxmi

Applicant is at liberty to approach the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Vita, with an appropriate Application in the event of breach of the bail condition/s by Respondent No. 1. If such Application is filed by the Applicant, then the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
