This application is filed by the wife seeking cancellation of bail. The anticipatory bail application was granted to the husband by the Sessions Court on 8 November 2024.

Mr. Shah, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant, submits that the Anticipatory Bail Application was filed on 28 June 2024, and ad-interim relief was granted, and ultimately, the husband's Anticipatory Bail Application was allowed. He submits that the impugned order was passed without considering the factual material Amol D. Nawale

905-APPLN-28-2025 (CR).doc placed before the Court. He further submits that both the present Applicant and the Respondent are doctors by profession, and all the valuable things belongings of the Applicant/wife are currently in the possession of the husband.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 26 February 2025 under the caption "For Circulation".

Hamdast is granted. Apart from court notice, applicant is permitted to serve the respondent by advocate's private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.
