This is an application for cancellation of bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the crime is registered against present non-applicant No.2 in connection with Crime No.717/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 109, 3(5), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 249, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 4.

In the said incident, two persons have lost their life and the trial Court has not considered the material and granted bail.

After sufficient opportunity, the reply is not filed by the non-applicant No.2 and he prays for the hearing of the application.
