DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.

DATED:

10TH FEBRUARY 2026 PC:- 1.

By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks modification of condition (iii) of order dated 8th December, 2017 passed by the Ld. Sessions Judge, Mumbai in Criminal Bail Application No. 1941 of 2017. Condition No. (iii) reads thus:

"(iii) The applicant shall not leave India without the permission of Court."

10th February 2026

Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 919_APPLN_51_2025.doc 2.

Heard Ms. Indolkar, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Bhosale, learned APP representing the State.

3.

Ms. Indolkar has a grievance that the Applicant is a businessman and on many occasions there is a considerable delay in determining Applicant's Application before the Trial Court for permission to travel abroad.

4.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court may consider expeditiously hearing any such application, if made to it, by the Applicant requesting travel abroad. 5.

Criminal Application is partly allowed in the above terms and is disposed of.
