All these Applications are arising out of one and the same crime. They are thus being disposed of by this common order. 3.
The Applicants in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.532 of 2025 and Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.533 of 2025, who are the accused in Crime No.72 of 2025 registered with Chitalsar Manpada Police Station, District Thane for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 351, 351(3), 352, 85 and 89 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 alongwith Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, have filed these Applications for anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in the said crime.

The Applicant in Criminal Application No.85 of 2025 and Criminal Application No.86 of 2025 is the first informant in the aforesaid crime. He has filed these Applications for cancellation of bail to the other co-accused granted by the Sessions Court.

Learned Counsel for the respective parties submits that the crime in question arises out of the matrimonial dispute. It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled their disputes before the Mediator. 6.
I have perused the report submitted by the learned Mediator. The mediation report and consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" and "X-1" respectively for the purpose of identification. 7.
In view of the settlement between the parties, the following order is passed:

ORDER
i.
Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.532 of 2025 and 533 of 2025 are allowed and in the event of the arrest of the Applicants therein in Crime No.72 of 2025 registered with Chitalsar Manpada Police Station, District Thane for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 351, 351(3), 352, 85 and 89 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 alongwith Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, they shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one or two sureties in the like amount. ii.
The Criminal Application Nos.85 of 2025 and 86 of 2025 are disposed of as withdrawn.
iii.
The parties agree to comply with the consent terms. iv.
Pursuant to consent terms, the Applicant/husband has handed over the cheque of Rs.10,00,000/- to the first informant/wife who is present in the Court.
v.
Interim Applications also do not survive and the same are disposed of accordingly.
