902, 21, 22-APPLN-102-2025+.doc submits that the Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur has not considered the material available on record while adjudicating the Bail Applications of Accused-Respondents. He therefore submits that the impugned orders in the present Applications, would not be sustainable as the Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur has not considered the parameters required while adjudicating Bail Application.

Mr. Tanveer G. Khan, learned A.P.P. further submits that all these three Applications pertain to the accused persons, who are involved in Crime No. 441 of 2024 registered with Jodbhavi Peth Police Station, Solapur City.

Issue notice to the Accused-Respondents, returnable on 5th August 2025.
