The learned APP seeks one week's time to call the report from the concerned Authority. On perusal of the record, it seems that since 10th February 2025, the learned APP has sought time to obtain the said report from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Nashik, but he/she has failed to produce it before the Court. By way of last chance, one week's time is granted to the learned APP to produce the report before the Court, failing which, the matter will proceed without the report. 2.

The concerned Investigation Officer is directed to remain present on 13th October 2025.
