Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Thomas, the learned Counsel, submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.1 and undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.1. 3.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that respondent No.1 does not object to the transfer of the proceedings bearing DV Case No.58/2016 from the Court of JMFC, Andhri, to the Court of JMFC, Panvel.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.1, however, submits that since the proceedings have been instituted in the year 2016, the trial be expedited. The submission is justifiable. 1/2

Hence, the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) DV Case No.58/2016 pending on the file of JMFC, Andheri, stands transferred to the Court of JMFC, Panvel, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. (iii) The learned Magistrate, Andheri, shall transfer the record and proceedings in DV Case No.58/2016 with such dispatch that it reaches the Court of JMFC at Panvel, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

(iv) The parties shall appear before the learned JMFC, Panvel, on 4th August, 2025.

(v) Upon transfer, the learned JMFC at Panvel is requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide the case bearing DV Case No.58/2016 as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of the appearance of the parties before the learned JMFC, Panvel.

(vi) Application stands disposed.

No costs.
