Heard Mr. Kini, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Pethe, learned APP for Respondent No.1- State. 2.

Mr. Kini, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that present Criminal Application seeks cancellation of bail of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 which has been granted by the Trial Court. He would submit that despite a specific condition in the bail order of requiring non-interference by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 with the First Informant and the activities of First Informant, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are repeatedly interfering with First Informant's activities. He would submit that the degree of their interference is such that First Informant is constrained to file several non-cognizable complaints against Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Today, learned Advocate would submit the averments to that effect have already been made in the Application. He would persuade the Court to allow the Applicant to amend the Application so that the said non-cognizable complaints filed against Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are also placed before the Court for consideration of the present Application. The amendment desired by the learned Advocate is allowed. Let the amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Registry shall permit the Applicant's Advocate to amend the Criminal Application accordingly. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

List the Bail Application on Board on 30th June, 2025 for further hearing.
