Heard Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Dedhia, learned APP for Respondent - State.

Application for cancellation of bail is prima facie based on pure apprehension. In the present crime, Respondent No.2 was granted bail by order dated 06.02.2025.

Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that one of the condition in the said order was that Respondent No.2 would not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses, but he has violated the said condition. Save and except the above statement of the Applicant in the present Criminal Application, there is nothing placed on record prima facie to show as to how Respondent No.2 indulged in the above conduct.

In that view of the matter, present Criminal Application is not maintainable and is dismissed.

In case if there is imminent interference by Respondent No.2 or violation of any of the bail conditions, liberty is always available to the Applicant to approach the Court for seeking cancellation of the bail.

In view of the above observations, Criminal Application is disposed.
