By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking cancellation of bail granted to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 (Accused Nos. 2 and 4) vide order dated 23rd February 2022 passed in Criminal Revision Application No. 229 of 2024, in connection with Crime No. 1046 of 2021 registered with Mohol Police Station, District-Solapur Rural.

Mr. Sharad Bhosale, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the said Crime No. 1046 of 2021 was registered as Sessions Case No. 94 of 2022 and was allotted to the Court of Additional Gitalaxmi

18-APPLN-182-2025.doc Sessions Judge, Solapur. He submits that the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur has disposed of Sessions Case No. 94 of 2022. He therefore submits that the present Criminal Application is rendered infructuous.
