The learned Sessions Court by order dated 06.01.2024 passed below Exh.15 in Special MCOC Case No. 29 of 2022, while releasing the applicant on bail has inter-alia imposed the following condition:
3] Except for attending the trial, the applicant shall not enter in the State of Maharashtra after being released on bail, till the trial concludes. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed the application before the trial Court at Exh.280 for relaxation of the said condition. It is submitted that the said Pramod S. Lakare 1/2
903-APPLN-203-2025 .doc application was heard on 17.02.2025, however, the trial Court till date has not passed any order on the said application. 3.
The concerned Special MCOC Court shall decide the application filed by the present applicant at Exh.280 as early as possible and in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
