Mr. Aditya R. Parmar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, has circulated a praecipe dated 16th July, 2025, seeking correction in paragraph No. 2 (a) and paragraph No. 14 of the order dated 14th July, 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.208 of 2025. He submits that the date mentioned in paragraph 2(a) as 07/02/2025 is required to be corrected as 18th January, 2025. He submits that the said date was wrongly typed in the Application filed by the Applicant.

He points out to paragraph No.14 of the order to state that the case number mentioned in the said paragraph needs to be corrected.
