This is an application seeking modification of condition in the order dated 9th May, 2024, to relax/modify the condition that the Applicant shall not contact her son, who is the victim in the present FIR, until the conclusion of the trial. Since by separate order dated 11th February 2026 passed by this Court, the order granting bail to the Applicant has been set aside, nothing survives for consideration in the present application.
