By the present application, filed under Section 483 (1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), the Applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by the learned Additional CJM, Malegaon, in Crime No.46 of 2025. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the learned Magistrate has made the deposit of the amount involved in the crime, as a pre-condition for release on bail. He submits that such an exercise would not permissible.
