He submits that in order to enable the Applicant No. 2 to come out of the jail, the deposit as referred to in paragraph-2 is required to be suspended. Dr. Takalkar, Learned APP agrees to the same. 3.

In view of the above, add following sentence in paragraph No. 14 after the word "Applicant No. 2.".
